Basic Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience

• Resume with 3-4 verifiable references

• Proof of eligibility to work in the USA

• Proof of CPR/FA/AED Certification

• Proof of Tuberculosis (TB) Clearance

• Reliable, compassionate, and trustworthy with excellent communication skills and attention to detail.

• Willingness to submit to a Background Check

• Able to assist Clients with daily skills and tasks

• Able to organize and maintain accurate records concerning the well-being of the client

• Familiar with the use of mobility aids such as wheelchairs and walkers, as well as common household appliances such as stoves/ranges, ovens, dishwashers, washing machines, and dryers.​

Additional Requirements for End-of-Life Doulas

• Minimum of 2 years of experience

• Professional Liability Insurance

• Proof of Auto Liability Insurance (preferred)

• Proof of completion for an "End-of-Life Doula Training Program​"
